A413 Wendover by-pass

Wendover is on the A413 Amersham to Aylesbury road. The A413 wendover by-pass was constructed in the late 1990s. Most of this road runs alongside the London to Aylesbury railway.

Construction completed in 1997 .

This photo shows a field at Wendover in 1995. The gateway into this field is to be moved when the by-pass is constructed.	This is the view in 1998. Part of the field has given way to by-pass construction. The gateway into this field is now in front of the pylon. A new cutting has been created for the A413 Wendover by-pass which runs alongside the railway and under the new road bridge. Wendover railway station can be seen to the right of the pylon.
