A249 Sheppey Crossing

The A249 Sheppey Crossing opened to traffic on 03,07,06. The dual carriageway bridge improves access onto the Isle of Sheppey and by-passes the old single carriageway Kingsferry Bridge.

Construction completed in 2006 .

Can be found on Ordnance Survey Landranger Map 178 . See location on map and aerial photo.
