Home | Road | A143 | Suffolk | Stuston
The A143 road runs from Haverhill in Suffolk to Great Yarmouth in Norfolk passing through Bury St Edmunds and by-passing a number of villages on route. The A143 Stuston by-pass was constructed in the 1990s and replaces the old A143 which went through the villages of Palgrave and Scole. The road through Stuston was used as a short cut to avoid the old A143.
Construction completed in 1990 .
Can be found on Ordnance Survey Landranger Map 144 . See location on map and aerial photo.
