A120 Stansted to Braintree - M11 to Dunmow West section

The A120 Stansted to Braintree improvement opened to traffic in 2003 and 2004. The 15 mile long dual carriageway road replaces the old single carriageway road which passed through the village of Takeley.

Construction completed in 2003 .
