A130 Chelmsford to Wickford - Howe Green. (Essex)

The Section of dual carriageway A130 from the A12 just south of Chelmsford to the A132 near Wickford opened to traffic in january 2002. The road by-passes the villages of Howe Green and Rettendon.

Pylons near Howe Green in 1999. This is where a small river and a footpath will pass under the new A130 by-pass.	The 2003 view shows the new bridge over the river and footpath. An extra pylon has been added to gain height.
